Erin Weber-Johnson


Erin has worked as a fundraising consultant with Vandersall Collective, an ecumenical faith-based consulting firm, since 2017. Previously, Erin served as the Senior Program Director of Strategic Resources at the Episcopal Church Foundation from 2009-2018, working with parishes on annual and planned giving and successful capital campaigns. She is the co-founder a non-profit, The Collective Foundation, which is dedicated to addressing the gap in research data pertaining to giving characteristics in faith communities of color.

Erin has facilitated national and regional workshops, preached in congregations across denominations, provided plenaries and workshops at conferences, and led church leadership retreats. She enjoys giving webinars on annual giving, volunteer engagement, generational giving characteristics, and debt retirement.

Erin worked as a grants officer at Trinity Wall Street in New York City from 2009-2013. Prior to Trinity Wall Street, she worked at the General Theological Seminary and also previously served as missionary of the Episcopal Church. Erin holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from New York University. She is a member of St. John the Evangelist Church in St. Paul, MN.
