Fall 2022 Virtual Binder - Newark
On this page, we’ll post resources for upcoming weeks’ trainings. During our Zoom meetings, we’ll share slides as we move through our discussions and content. Knowing that some people learn by also engaging with taking notes, we’ve provided guided notes pages that we encourage individuals/teams to print out the materials and have on hand for our meetings.

Printing color documents in black and white (Windows)

Taking Project Resource Further
The following questions should be explored with your team to keep Project Resource at the front of mind and will help you implement a new culture of stewardship in your church and diocese:
Establishing metrics: How will we establish baselines and analyses?
Accountability and transparency: How will we make this ministry a priority in our church/diocese?
How will we set measurable goals for systems change and increased giving?
Where might we experience barriers?
What new habits will we implement to live into a new narrative?
Quarterly Check-Ins:
Quarterly check-ins are meant to help provide teams an opportunity to connect with the presenters and follow-up with team progress and ask questions as they implement Project Resource in their own church/diocese.
